Received in timely manner. Quality sealed. Helped my daughter with menstrual pain. Only thing I didn't like is that four pills equals one serving, but not enough that I'd take a full star off for that. They delivered what was advertised.

I work out pretty regularly (5 to 6 days a week) if I need to skip days I find that my legs are twitchy and then to cramp up. My toes are the worst. So far when adding this to my daily supplements that has lessened noticeably. These are easy to take and do seem to work.

Took care of my muscle cramps after one weeek.

This is some serious B vitamin-infused magnesium and is excellent for use after heavy exercise. I would advise against drinking any energy drinks and watch the B intake from other supplements too unless you want some digestive problems. Great stuff, especially with the inclusion of turmeric for good measure!

It caught my eye because it has B vitamins, turmeric and Magnesium all in one bottle for convenience. I tend to run low on magnesium and I take turmeric for its anti-inflammatory abilities and for joint pain. I think it's great that I can get all of that plus B vitamins in one bottle

I got this on December 2, 2019, after I pulled a groin muscle. It was super painful. This product has lots of tumeric and other things that help with inflammation. I really think it helped me heal. I would recommend it to anyone who has swelling, legs, feet, really any area. The pills are in clear capsules and with water, they were not too hard to swallow, and they had no aftertaste.

I have just started using these supplements and am already seeing some positive effects. The capsules are just the right size and easy to swallow. I would recommend having some yogurt, milk or food if you experience mild acidity. Overall, I am quite happy with this muscle support supplement and am glad that they source all their ingredients and make it here in USA.
